Marceline
Race: Dhampir (Half Elf)
Sex: Female
Visual: While she's often half naked and covered in blood on tuesdays, Marceline is normally seen wearing fine silk outfits or tight, leather armor designed to go seamlessly under her other clothing. A black and silver gauntlet with a blood red ruby rest permanently attached onto her right arm, its metallic bands crisscrossing her arm like a gothic filigree. A relic from a previous job of hers, it acts as a natural amplifier for her blood sorcery and enables the 'blood whip' that she wields with devastating efficiency.

While lacking the deathly look of a full blooded vampire, Marceline is still an unearthly pale beauty partially because of natural looks, but mostly because of self-alterations made with blood sorcery over her long life-time. Tall and slender, her more consistent intake of blood has drastically slowed her aging making her look more like a twenty three year old despite being sixty two. Her pale diamond shaped face and bright green eyes are framed by long black hair that stretches down to just below her shoulders, gradually becoming gray then white at the ends. She normally wears it straight unless she's on a job, in which case its done up in a ponytail to prevent her hair from getting snagged or grabbed.

Marceline is seldom seen without her black cat Charles who is considered creepy by most- "But they are all just jealous that they don't have the best little kitty in the world."

With a hunger for blood, adventure and all things shiny Marceline is quite eager to explore the world. She started her adventuring life running from her past, and decided that she liked it so much so she just kept on running.

Aurora
Race: Blue Dragon
Sex: Female
Visual: Aurora is a young blue dragon of smaller than average size. She is covered in blue scales and has leathery wings that spread out in a wingspan as long as her body+tail. She is about the size of a pony when her wings are folded, though her tail goes longer. Strangely for a dragon, Aurora wears glasses with diamond lenses and a silver scarf. Both of these items are enchanted by her father, Aristotle.

Aurora is a young, energetic dragon. She is 75 years of age, which puts her at about the maturity level of a human 15 year old. Aurora has an insatiable appetite for adventure. She spent all of her younger years reading tales of heroes and legends in her father's great library. She is out to be the world's greatest, and probably only, dragon adventurer. Aurora can be slightly inattentive when she gets too focused on her fantasies, and thus much might get past her. That's okay, she can always just improvise those parts in the story.

Aurora travels with her dutiful servant Cedric. Cedric was human once, but his soul has shifted from animal to animal to prevent his death. He is currently a cat.
